Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Georgie Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We do not accept ‘change of mind’ refunds, store credits, or exchanges on any custom-made, made-to-order, or bespoke items.
  • We accept returns on Ready to Wear items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • To arrange a return, please contact us at info@georgiejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

Additional Information

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
